Full Access to the Parson’s Cottage, The Little Brown Church, and Grounds from Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday at 1:00 pm

Whether you choose the super scenic 30-minute ferry ride, or drive the iconic Deception Pass Bridge at the north end of the island, getting married on Whidbey Island gives you the magic of a destination wedding—without the long journey. You have the opportunity to slip into island time and enjoy wineries, charming shops, scenic hikes, and peaceful moments by the water.

The blend of natural beauty and easy adventure makes your wedding unforgettable… and gives you a breathtaking, close-to-home destination that feels worlds away.

Our base fee of $14,500 makes our Parson’s Cottage available for two overnight stays on Friday and Saturday evenings.  This rental sleeps 6 people in three private guest rooms, living room with sofa, a full kitchen, two full baths, and open porch. You also receive a large space for your guests to camp and tent out (no RV campers please).  Access to the flower gardens, trails behind our property. There are three other restrooms in The Little Brown Church with full kitchen.

You will have the day before to decorate, hold a rehearsal dinner, bring in beverages and reconfirm your timeline and layout with your Day of Coordinator.

On your big day, there is a no rush; relax in the bridal and groom suites where you can privately prepare for your ceremony, add finishing touches to your tables, or stroll the grounds for photos. On Sunday, you will have ample time for a brunch, pick up gifts, beverages and any other items left behind.

Our onsite Day of Coordinator is available for three scheduled planning sessions, 8 hours of onsite coordination for your wedding day and rehearsal coordination. ($2000 value.)

    THE NATURE’S CATHEDRAL PACKAGE The Heart Covenant

    2 Days/1 Night
    Full Access to the Parson’s Cottage, The Little Brown Church, and Grounds from Friday at 3:00 pm to Saturday at 11:00 pm

    Our base fee of $11,500 includes access to the property the day prior to your wedding ceremony for you to set-up, decorate, additional lighting, rehearsal dinner etc.; access to the Parson’s Cottage  throughout the day of your ceremony for hair, dressing, pictures, and private guest rooms, living room and full bathroom the entire day of your ceremony and into the night (cleanup and everything removed by 11:00 pm). This package does not include camping for your guests. Wedding festivities go until 10:00 pm with cleanup complete by 11:00 pm. 

    Our onsite Day of Coordinator is available for two scheduled planning sessions, 8 hours of onsite coordination for your wedding day and rehearsal coordination ($2,000 value.) Similar amenities to the Island Retreat Package.

    THE SACRED YES PACKAGE

    6-HOUR Elopement Package
    Booked within 3 Months of Event.
    Everything you need for up to 50 Guests.

    Our base fee of $4,500 includes: access to the grounds and Little Brown Church six hours prior to your ceremony.  You will have access to the kitchen and meeting hall, plus additional rooms for hair, make-up, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment until your departure (as late as 11 pm) on the day of your wedding. Please understand, for this package, the property must look the way you originally found it, with all personal items removed, prior to your departure that evening.

    This Package is the perfect choice for an intimate elopement or distinguished family wedding. This package does not include an overnight stay at the Parson’s Cottage nor camping for your guests, but does include access to the Little Brown Church.

Every Cascadia Meadows Wedding includes:

Ceremony and reception in the Cascadia Meadows Natural Cathedral with arbors, officiant, handmade podium, and sound system with two wireless mics and audio tech.  Also, an expansive lawn for yard games and firepits.  Parking for 150 guests, and bar setup, use of The Little Brown Church prep kitchen and three indoor bathrooms, eco-friendly garbage and recycling service. If there is something you want not listed, just ask.

Perfect for Corporate Events, Wellness Retreats, or Business Meetings. Our day rate of $3,000 includes access to our Little Brown Church, our property with plenty of space for breakout groups and tables and chairs for up to 50 people. Our property includes Wifi, sound equipment and a full kitchen for your catering needs.
