Working with Emily as your Day of Coordinator Includes:
● Up to four planning calls to craft your personalized timeline for festivities.
● Reviewing your Cascadia Meadows rental details and package notes.
● One scheduled video call 30-45 Days prior to walk through your plan.
● Helpful reminders and checklists leading up to your day.
● 8 hours of Day-of Coordination (typically 2pm–10pm).
● Greeting and communicating with all vendors.
● Cueing your DJ, musicians, and wedding party for a seamless ceremony.
● Delivering gratuities to vendors.
● Assistance with a one-hour rehearsal prior to your wedding.

From organizing timelines to welcoming vendors, managing the ceremony cues, and overseeing the reception, Emily makes sure your celebration unfolds exactly as you imagined.
