We can host intimate gatherings as well as larger and longer celebrations of up to approximately 200 guests. We can have as many as 300 for outdoor concert seating.

What could be more magical than arriving at a wedding by ferry? We think the journey to Cascadia Meadows is part of the experience, crossing the Salish Sea with salt air, stunning views of the mountains, and the quiet anticipation of a celebration ahead. That said, we want your guests to arrive relaxed and on time. We work with you to provide lots of resources to make this happen.

Yes, we welcome all kinds of furry friends. We even have a Cozy Coral that can be home base for visiting animals.

Most couples choose our outdoor meadow ceremony space in Arbor Grove, but we also offer the historic Little Brown Church (indoor option) or the Old Maple Sanctuary (intimate outdoor setting)

Yes! The Little Brown Church provides a lovely indoor option for ceremonies in case of inclement weather. The charming chapel comfortably seats 120 guests on the main level and an additional 30 in the cozy choir loft. A total of 150 people can be accommodated in the Chapel.

Yes! We have two. The Parson’s Cottage is a beautifully restored 3-bedroom home overlooking the meadow, perfect for getting ready and relaxing before the ceremony. We also have an additional getting ready suite in the Little Brown Church.

Select packages include overnight accommodations at the Parson’s Cottage, with space for up to six guests. Additionally we are a ten minute easy walk from The Quintessa which can sleep up to 36 people.

While we do not have camping on-site, we do own a ten acre farm 300 yards down the road. Our farm has barns, fields and woods. Ask us about camping at the historic Grubb Family Farm.

Yes, we provide parking and parking attendants with capacity for up to approximately 100 vehicles.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors. We’re also happy to provide recommendations.

Every wedding at Cascadia Meadows requires a professional day-of coordinator to ensure your day runs beautifully. We offer in-house coordination for an additional investment — learn more here - or you're welcome to bring a professional coordinator of your own.

Absolutely! Our venue is a flexible, open canvas—whether your style is elegant, rustic, or whimsical. With select packages we even have a decor closet packed with mason jars, candles, galvanized mini-buckets and floral tools and supplies for you to borrow from.

This depends on the package that you select and can range from 12 hours the day of your event to the entire weekend. -
Timelines vary by package, but we work with you to create a relaxed, stress-free schedule. Ask to see our “Sample Wedding Day Timeline.”

We have and can host all kinds of events including birthday parties, anniversaries, welcome parties, celebrations of life, charity events, corporate retreats, etc. We’ve even had a student film shot at the venue.

We can accommodate around 200 or more people depending on the type of event.
For an additional investment we work with you to accommodate your guest count.

Contact us at hello@cascadiameadows.com or call us at (360) 797-5837 to check for availability. A $500 refundable deposit will hold your date for up to 7 days. If you choose to move forward a 30% non-refundable deposit is due with Venue Agreement.

At any time ask us to send you a copy of our venue agreement. It is straight forward and outlines all our policies and procedures.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is due with package selection and signed Venue Agreement.. The remainder (70%) is due 30 Days before your event.
There is a 3% fee added for payments with credit card.
