Cascadia Meadows Considerations, Policies & FAQ

  • We require you to obtain wedding/liability insurance prior to the event

  • We require licensed professional caterers or food trucks. Please inquire with us about local options.

  • Licensed bartender(s) are required. We have recommendations if needed.

  • Island County requires us to enforce a 10 pm noise ordinance. No Exceptions.

  • Contact us at hello@cascadiameadows.com or call us at (360) 797-5837 to check for availability. A $500 refundable deposit will hold your date for up to 7 days. If you choose to move forward a 30% non-refundable deposit is due with Venue Agreement.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is due with package selection and signed Venue Agreement.. The remainder (70%) is due 30 Days before your event.

    There is a 3% fee added for payments with credit card.

  • No. We are a rental venue. We do not make a commisison on food or beverage, We do provide a resource list for you once our Venue Agreement is signed.

  • Yes! There are many types of accommodations on the island. We will be more than happy to help with best options. There are lots of things to do on the island with nearby parks and hiking trails.

  • Yes. We have even built a goat lounge for small- to medium-sized animals to have a cozy place to hang out if needed. We have animal rental options on the island from goats to white horses.

  • We have installed solar panels that put energy back into the grid. We have planted over 600 native trees and 1,000 native plants. We use compostable products as much as possible. An average wedding only produces one, maybe two, bags of garbage per event.

  • We have and can host all kinds of events including: kid’s birthday parties, wedding receptions, Celebrations of Life, charity events, corporate retreats, etc. We’ve even had interest in using our venue for photography settings and film produciton.

  • We can accommodate around 200 people outside and in The Little Brown Church should there be inclimate weather. With the purchase of one of our packages, 50 more people would be an additional $3,750 ($75/person.
