An intimate wedding for close family and friends with access to both indoor and outdoor spaces for a beautifully simple celebration. Includes 12 hours of access for ceremony, reception, setup, and cleanup.

  • Outdoor spaces: Arbor Grove with cedar arbors & handcrafted podium, Cocktail Gardens with three yard games, Celebration Meadow with tables, chairs & bistro lighting, Access to hiking trails & Maxwelton Creek

Every Cascadia Meadows Wedding includes:

Ceremony and reception in the Cascadia Meadows Natural Cathedral with arbors, handmade podium, and sound system with two wireless mics and audio tech.  Also, an expansive lawn for yard games and firepits.  Parking for up to 150 guests, bar setup, use of The Little Brown Church prep kitchen and three indoor bathrooms, eco-friendly garbage and recycling service.

We are known to be the easiest wedding venue to work with on South Whidbey Island! :)
