A flexible and affordable wedding day experience with access to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Includes 12 hours of access (11 AM–11 PM) for ceremony, reception, setup, and cleanup.

Every Cascadia Meadows Wedding includes:

Ceremony in the Arbor Grove with handmade podium to match the western red cedar arbors and sound system with two wireless mics and audio technician. Cocktail Gardens including bar setup and licensed bartenders. Expansive lawn for yard games, firepit, and access to lush trails along Maxwelton Creek. Use of the historic 1908 Little Brown Church chapel, prep kitchen, and three indoor restrooms. Celebration Meadow with tables and chairs and 300 feet of outdoor bistro lighting. Onsite venue manager, parking for up to 150 guests, and eco-friendly garbage, compost, and recycling service.
